EONYX LLC ("EONYX", "we") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site or submits the audit request form. This page explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the audit request form: your work email, your company name, and the description of the process you want to fix. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party ad scripts.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your audit request and, if you choose to proceed, to scope and deliver the engagement. We don't add you to a marketing list, newsletter, or drip campaign. The form says "no marketing list, ever," and we mean it.
Cookies
The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember whether you're browsing in Ukrainian or English. It carries no tracking data and isn't shared with anyone.
How your data is handled
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Netlify stores each submission and notifies our team at info@eonyx.net. It acts as our processor: it holds the data on our behalf, solely so we can read and reply to your request. We don't add submissions to any marketing or CRM platform.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. The only third party that touches it is Netlify, our hosting and form provider, which processes submissions on our behalf. Beyond that, your data is used internally, by the EONYX team, for the purpose stated above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you at any time. Just email info@eonyx.net and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
